John Cairnduff
As our approved Head of Compliance & MLRO, John Cairnduff leads the compliance function at Royal Exchange.
John has extensive experience in financial services, with over 30 years working across multiple functions in a Retail bank, before specialising in compliance. Over the last ten years, John has been either a practising Head of Compliance in a MiFID investment firm or a consultant to MIFID investment firms. In addition he also has relevant experience operating as a director of a MiFID investment firm.
